Choc Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 125gm butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 3/4 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup choc chips (or can substitute for m&ms or sprinkles etc)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160℃.
- Melt butter in saucepan and pour in mixing bowl.
- Stir in brown and caster sugars.
- Lightly beat the egg and stir into sugar mixture.
- Add in vanilla essence.
- Sift in flours and baking powder, stir until combined.
- Stir in choc chips.
- Roll into balls and place on baking tray.
- Bake for approx 12-15 minutes.
